Jamming skills Workshop.

This 1 day workshop will be focused around building your own toolkit for navigating a Contact Jam. 

There are lots of Jams in Berlin, and something I hear often from people is that they really enjoy Contact, but feel hesitant when it comes to stepping into a jam space.

Drawing on principles from the Underscore and my own experience, I will offer practical exercises, and there will be discussions around ideas that can support you when entering a jam. We will explore these elements physically, throughout the morning and early afternoon, then at the end of the afternoon we will jam together to implement some of the ideas in a ‘real world’ setting. 

 Whether you’re new to jamming or have experience, you’ll leave with practical approaches to feel more comfortable and open.
